use "Suburbs" to facilitate filtering. Unfortunately due to the location (on the border of the Free
State & Northwest Provinces) various properties in the surrounding "suburbs" are filtered out
- if not used correctly. Additionally Google Map draws the
border between the two provinces right through the length of the Vaal de Gráce Estate - that is not correct.
The Vaal de Gráce Estate
forms part of the Northwest Province (Farm Eiland13 No 502-IQ, Northwest).

e.g. To correctly filter all
the properties on the Vaal de Gráce island the following filters should be used:

OR click on the [Add Surrounding Suburbs] filter on right hand of the Property24 screen and
click [Update Suburbs].
